Staying on track

So after I dropped my figure competition I was supplied to compete in may I got very emotionally depressed and ate everything and anything insight. No matter how much I tried to keep myself on track I couldn't.

I would eat properly throughout the day and out of no where at night I'd eat CARBS, and bad ones not good ones.

So this week has been my first week staying on track and I am sooo proud of myself and sticking towards my goals.

Just know that you can do anything you set your mind to and that even of you cheat or fall down, pick yourself up and try again. Nothing is going to hurt you by just trying and trying. Eventually you will do it, and show yourself what you are capable of doing.
