I'm 9 weeks out and haven't had a cheat meal in like 6 weeks and now rocking the double cardio everyday but Sunday.
Tonight I finally ran for the first time for 1 hour around my boyfriends neighbourhood, which honestly made my day. I have never done it ever and I'm so proud of myself. I have severe asthma and an injured knee, and both tonight were NOT affected. I had like a runners high. LOL
So my days usually start with some cardio on the stairmaster for 45min at least or a full incline between 3.5-4mph. Later on in the afternoon or evening I will go back, do my weight workouts which are ALWAYS heavy as fuck and 150% given. That's always followed by 30 more minutes of cardio doing the same as the Morning usually.
I have an amazing team and coach, who
Provides us with weekly bootcamps which counts towards my cardio. It's nice to have a change from the regular and being around people who are so supportive and wanting to see you succeed.
All in all I've been having an interesting prep, learning lots about myself and things that I honestly need to work really hard on. Here's to hoping I'm lean enough for November 9th to compete in the Women's Physique Division at Sandra Wickham Fall Classic!!
Cheers
Xoxoxo
